Terms and Conditions

The online store nowa.earth is owned by Fairown Renewal OÜ (registry code 16014409), located at Veskiposti 2, Tallinn, Estonia.

 

1. General Provisions

These terms apply between Fairown Renewal OÜ (Seller) and any customer (Buyer) using nowa.earth.

The parties follow Estonian laws, including the Law of Obligations Act.

Seller may change site content and prices without notice.

By ordering and paying, Buyer confirms agreement to these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include 22% VAT, except for consignment items taxed at 0%.

Some products sold on nowa.earth are taxed under the VAT Margin Scheme, in accordance with § 41 of the Estonian VAT Act.

In such cases, VAT is not shown separately on the invoice and is not deductible as input VAT.

Products under the margin scheme are marked accordingly in the online store.

If prices change after ordering and payment, the price at the time of order applies (except in case of obvious entry errors).

Most of the products sold on nowa.earth are previously used and may have minor signs of wear. All products are tested and fully functional. Buyers should note that these are pre-loved items.

 

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are made through the shopping cart and confirmed via email.

Payment can be made via bank link, bank transfer, or ESTO installment.

If unpaid within one day, the order will be canceled.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made in a secure environment – via bank links in your bank’s secure system or with credit cards in the secure environment of Maksekeskus. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card information.

 

4. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to current laws and our privacy policy.

Data is used to fulfill orders and may be shared with partners if needed.

Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes 1–7 business days depending on item location.

Options include parcel machines or courier delivery.

6. Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery without providing a reason. Items may be tested in the same manner as in a physical store, but any excessive use may result in a reduction of the refunded amount

7. Claims

Claims can be made within 2 years of receipt.

Within 6 months, defects are presumed pre-existing.

Claims must be written and include a clear description.

8. Final Provisions

Disputes are resolved by negotiation.

If unresolved, parties may contact the Consumer Protection Board or court.

Deliveries are made only within the Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
